Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — The seller

Products are sold by Venturi, SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle), whose registered office is at 24 rue Berthe Molly, 68000 Colmar, France, registered as RCS Colmar 940 712 722. Venturi is a France-based company selling to customers in the United Kingdom as an overseas seller. Contact: hello@nuagepillow.com — +33 6 56 68 67 85.

Article 2 — Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and images are not contractually binding. Products comply with the applicable regulations in force.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%, excluding any delivery charges, which are stated before the order is confirmed. Venturi reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force when the order is placed.

Article 4 — Orders

The customer selects products, adds them to the basket and then confirms the order. The sale is final once payment has been confirmed. Venturi reserves the right to cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by card through our secure payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe). Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and are never stored by Venturi. The order is confirmed only after payment has been authorised.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to United Kingdom, at the address provided by the customer when ordering. Free delivery. Estimated delivery time: dispatched within 24h, then delivered in 4 to 8 working days from order confirmation, via our delivery partners. These times are indicative. Article 7 — Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the product to cancel your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email at hello@nuagepillow.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and complete, to the following address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Return postage is paid by the customer. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.

Article 8 — Statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund in accordance with the Act. These statutory rights are in addition to, and not affected by, any commercial guarantee.

Article 9 — Liability

Venturi cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike affecting transport services, or misuse of the product by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Venturi's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Article 10 — Personal data

Data collected when you place an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Complaints and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact Venturi (hello@nuagepillow.com) first to seek an amicable solution. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or seek advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

Article 12 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
