This policy explains how Nuage collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect the following data:

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone.
  • Delivery: postal address.
  • Payment: handled directly by Stripe; we never store card details.
  • Browsing: technical and analytics data (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and lawful bases

  • Order processing and delivery — performance of a contract.
  • Customer service and after-sales — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Analytics and advertising — your consent.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe) — payment processing.
  • our delivery partners — order delivery.
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
  • Analytics and advertising tools (see Cookie Policy).

5. International data transfers

Some providers (in particular Vercel Inc. and Stripe) may process data outside the United Kingdom. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention periods

  • Order data: kept for as long as needed to process the order, then archived in line with legal obligations (up to 6 years for accounting records).
  • Marketing data: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Cookies: for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@nuagepillow.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
